PREPAID FREIGHT:  (Via UPS Ground or other at our discretion)  East of the Mississippi freight will be prepaid on orders over $750.00.  West of the Mississippi freight will be prepaid on orders over $1200.00.  New England orders freight will be prepaid on orders over $500.00.  All orders for free freight must be placed complete. Orders may be combined if placed on the same day.  Customer is responsible for other methods of freight expenses (UPS-NEXT DAY AIR, UPS 2ND DAY AIR, UPS 3 DAY SELECT, RESIDENTIAL  DELIVERY(IF ORDER IS SHIPPED BY FREIGHT TRUCK), LIFT GATE( IF NEEDED) ETC.) We will call or email customer(depending on what the customer puts on their order) and let them know know about the additional fee. 

RETURNS:   You may return most  items for credit within 30 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

A restocking fee of 20% may be charged unless merchandise is deemed defective.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
